Goobit appoints Jan Tibbling as Money Laundering Reporting Officer
Goobit Group AB (“Goobit”) announces the appointment of lawyer and current board member, Jan Tibbling, as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to its subsidiary Goobit AB. This strategic decision underlines the company's commitment to stringent regulatory compliance and further strengthens its governance structures.
Jan Tibbling, an accomplished lawyer and international money laundering expert, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role. He holds a law degree from Stockholm University, a master's degree in European Studies from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium, and served as a prosecutor at the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (SECA) from 2004 until October 2022, with his last role there being chief prosecutor.
